We are currently accepting submissions for fiction and nonfiction picture book stories geared towards 2 to 8 year old children. We look for stories that SPARK IMAGINATION, INSPIRE HEARTS, ENCOURAGE LEARNING, and AFFIRM WORTH in children. We want the story to be unique and beautiful. We are extremely selective about what we publish, only accepting a limited number each year.
Please do NOT send early readers, middle grade, or young adult manuscript. Your submission should be no more than 1200 word count for fiction and no more than 1400 word count for non-fiction.
Authors: Submit entire picture book manuscript with a one-page cover letter containing summary of story, brief personal biography, and contact information.
Illustrators: Send copies of at least two full-color illustration samples with a cover letter containing a brief personal biography and contact information. Do NOT sent original artwork.
If you are an author and illustrator, you may submit a dummy book or both the manuscript and illustration samples. Please include a cover letter.
